Heart attack: chest pain, like an elephant on it. Pain in the right side and arm. Difficulty breathing. The loss of consciousness.

Costochondritis, pain in the chest when breathing deeply. Pain on motion.

If you are in severe pain, go to the emergency room, just to be safe. Some people do not even know they are having a heart attack before reaching the hospital.
